This allows for ease of use at check-out time. If you already have an account with our store, please click the "My Account" link and log in with your email address and password.

How To Shop Our Store

You may use the clickable links found in the center of the Homepage to click your way to Categories and Items of interest. We've tried to make the headings self-explanatory. As you follow the Links you'll soon arrive at pages of product listings showing prices and pictures. You may re-sort the display of products in each section by clicking on the Head of each column, eg: Name, Grade, Manufacturer, or Price.

How To Buy A Product

Click on a product name to read more about that product. Click " Buy Now " to add a product to your shopping cart. Cart contents are listed as clickable links on the top right of every page. The Checkout procedure is in 3 parts:

• PART 1:   Click the Checkout link at the bottom of your shopping page, or at the top of the page in the always accessible orange horizontal navigation bar.

• PART 2:   At the "Welcome Please Sign In" page, enter your email address and password (fill in the requestor slots). If you have don't have an account, click the Blue "Continue" button to create one. An account is required to enable timely and accurate shipping and for the processing and verification of your credit card data. If you have already set up your account with us, which you may do when you first visit the Homepage, you will proceed to the next step.

• PART 3:   Fill in the requested information re shipping and credit card data. Please note you are on a Secure Page for this step. All data is safely encrypted for transmission over the web. When we receive and process your order, we will send you an email note verifying the details.

Payment

Modes of payment include VISA, Mastercard, cheque and Postal Money Order.

Shipping

So that your mailing cost is kept to a minimum, our friendly School House staff do their best to ship via Canada Post GROUND within 3 business days. You may request air mail or courier delivery for an added charge.

Pricing: Current prices supersede previous prices and are subject to change without notice. Claims & Returns: All claims for damaged merchandise or shipment discrepancies must be filed with School House Teaching Supplies within 5 days of receipt. NOTE: We will accept returned goods only with prior authorization.

How To Get Around

When you have clicked several layers down in to the store, you may always use the Vertical Navigation Bar, found on the far left side of the webpage, to click to other sections of the store. Also, the orange horizontal bar at the top of the page will also tell you where you are in the store. Each piece of black text in this bar is a clickable link to "backtrack" your way up to any level in the store.

Privacy Policy

When you provide your personal information to Schoolhouse Teaching (such as name, address, phone number, company name, email address, or the products you are shopping for or purchasing) we will not give or sell your individual information to any outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and it will be used only to support your customer relationship with Schoolhouse Teaching.
